I've used Dyndns.org for many years (5), and have been very pleased with them.
Dyndns.org offers a multitude of free and paid services, but whether you use free or paid services, they are very professional, rock-solid (never had an outage or issue), and still competitively priced even though the competition doesn't come close to them in reliability.
